About the event
Sound Bath for Sleeping Difficulties
If you struggle with sleep difficulties, this special Sound Bath workshop is designed to help
restore your natural sleep rhythm and improve your overall rest quality. This workshop
consists of two group sound therapy sessions, held once a week over two weeks.
What to Expect:
Guided sound therapy using Himalayan bowls, gong, crystal bowls, and
therapeutic percussions
Deep relaxation techniques to reduce stress and calm the nervous system
A structured approach to help improve sleep patterns
Participant Requirements:
You will be required to complete a short questionnaire before and after the sessions. The answers will remain anonymous.
The collective results will be made available on our website and through BAST
research publications.
This workshop is a great opportunity to explore the power of sound therapy in overcoming
sleep difficulties and enhancing overall wellbeing.
Important Information for Participants:
1. If you have any mobility difficulties or cannot lie on the floor, kindly inform us in
advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for your comfort.
2. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a bottle of water. Mats,
blankets, and pillows will be provided for your convenience.
3. Please note that some sessions may be recorded for training and educational purposes.
If this applies to your session, we will inform you in advance and ensure your privacy
is respected.
Who Should Avoid This Session? Before attending, please inform us if any of the following
apply to you:
1. If you are pregnant and less than three months along.
2. If you have epilepsy, seizures, or a sound-triggered condition.
3. If you are currently being treated for, or have a history of, clinical depression, bipolar
disorder, schizophrenia, dissociative disorders, paranoid schizophrenia, or other
severe mental health conditions.
4. If you have been diagnosed with PTSD or believe you may have PTSD.
5. If you have had recent surgery or a medical procedure with complications or ongoing
pain.
6. If you have severe allergies or require life-saving medication (e.g., EpiPen).
7. If you have a serious medical condition or special needs.
8. If you have difficulty lying on the floor and may prefer to sit in a chair.
9. If you have metal implants, such as pins or joint replacements.
10. If you are under 18 or considered a vulnerable adult.
