Sensual Selfcare Workshop

Becoming more happy & healthy starts with putting yourself first. Being bold enough to encounter the parts of you that keep you small and settle for an ‘ok’ life. But deep down you know there is more. You want to get everything out of life, without hustle and struggle, but from a fluent, fun and easy place.

That’s where your sensuality comes in. Which is nothing sexual by definition. I am talking about your capacity to interpret and enjoy life through your senses. Being present in life itself. The innate feminine power that holds you as a woman. The deep connection with your body and inner wisdom. The root of life that sprouts from your womb and pelvis.

In this workshop, you learn how to connect to your body in order to read and interpret what she needs from you. We work on releasing your beliefs and blockages, boost your vitality and befriend all emotions by using your body as a compass. Expect to dive into your old patterns and transform them into powerful energy that significantly improves your daily life.

Prepare.

In the days before the workshop you’ll receive an email with a preparation exercise. Make sure to plan about 30 minutes to do the preparation.

Bring your journal and wear a comfi outfit you can move in freely. Choose something that makes you feel feminine and sensual.

While totally losing touch of their wild, soft and playful side. The part that makes you feel most alive, that fuels your deepest desires. Their true feminine.

I once was this fighter myself, and it cost me literally everything. My company, my relation, my home, my health and my money. When I found a way to connect to my soft, sacred and sensual energy, everything flipped and I started building up my life again. Exactly the way I wanted. 

Now it is my mission to share all my knowledge, learnings and wisdom to help women take back their innate feminine power and live the life they came here for. As Beyonce would say: “Who run the world? Girls!”."
