In this 2-hour workshop, we dive deep into the science of sleep and provide actionable steps to optimize your nightly rest based on your individual needs. You’ll explore:


The Science of Sleep – Why we sleep and how it affects our body

Circadian Rhythm – Aligning with your natural sleep-wake cycle

Sleep Pressure & Sleep Cycles – Understanding the mechanics of deep rest

Common Disruptors – What’s standing between you and quality sleep

To close the session, we’ll guide you through a short breathwork practice—helping you experience firsthand how breath can calm the nervous system and prepare the body for deep, restorative sleep.
