What is Fly Yoga? Fly Yoga, inspired by Iyengar Yoga, is a unique blend of traditional yoga, breathwork, and meditation performed with the support of silky hammocks. More than just an exercise, it’s a holistic experience that supports spinal health and overall well-being. No Alcohol: Refrain from consuming alcohol 24 hours before class. No Smoking: Please avoid smoking at least 1 hour before class. Compliance Policy To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, adherence to the below guidelines is mandatory. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the student being prohibited from participating in the class. This policy is in place to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Avoid Using Personal Care Products: Please refrain from using cream, lotion, make-up, or perfume before coming to class. Keep Nails Short: Long nails can be hazardous to both the student and the silk hammocks. Please ensure your nails are trimmed before attending class. No Alcohol: Do not consume alcohol within 24 hours before your class. Report Special Health Conditions: If you have any special health conditions such as vertigo, high blood pressure, or if you are pregnant, please inform the teacher prior to the class.
