11:30 - 12:15 Breathwork Session: Dive into an intense breathwork session designed to help you find and maintain your inner balance, promoting mental clarity and emotional stability.

12:15 - 12:45 Refreshment Break: Enjoy a brief interlude with revitalizing tea and nourishing snacks to replenish your energy.

12:45 - 14:00 Sound Bath & Mandala Coloring: Experience the synergistic combination of a sound bath session, complemented by the meditative activity of coloring mandalas, promoting relaxation and inner harmony.
